Ranine Beaumont-Harvey has been selling property on the Gold Coast since 1981 and was number one sales person in Australia for Project Marketing for her activity in selling Bayview Harbour. 

Bayview Harbour, set on 15 acres or tropical gardens on the Gold Coast Broadwater, comprises four residential towers and 2 private marinas. The entire complex was built by Ron McMaster OBE between 1984 and 1990 and Ranine was responsible for the sales of the units.

The Sovereign Islands consist of 6 islands at the northern end of the Gold Coast right on the Broadwater and surrounded by National Park. This unique project was developed by Lewis Land and marketed by P.R.D.

Ranine took up the challenge to sell the most recent development on the Island, Knightsbridge Parade. This consisted of some 77 blocks ranging from $1.3M to $2.4M.

In 1988 Ranine made $33 million in sales. In todays money that would be over $183 million sales in just one year.

In one month only (February 2006) Ranine made $32M in land sales and also sold the most expensive residential land sale in Australian history at $9.65M.

Ranine is currently selling new, resales and land and house packages on the northern Gold Coast area from Southport to Sovereign Islands. Ranine has set and broken many sales records over her years in the industry. As a result she has attracted a lot of press both locally and nationally. Ranine is also a keen gardener and has built and maintains an award winning garden in Arundel which is opened to the public annually as part of the Australian Open Garden Scheme.
